is the Social Work Graduate Response Service?
Social
Work Graduate has lunched a new recruitment service.
We have conducted extensive research with our delegates over
the years to enable us to provide social work employers with
a very cost affective and results driven response service.
We are so confident of its ability to provide quality candidates
for social work employers we will advertise your jobs vacancies
for free, charging a fee only for the candidates that the
Council wishes to interview.
Your vacancies
will be advertised to previous and present Social Work Graduate
delegates, as well as a highly targeted marketing campaign
though our university social work and career department contacts.
Over 5000
delegates that have attended Social Work Graduate events over
the last 2 years will receive job information though the following
mediums

specific email campaigns
- Weekly
e-Magazine
- Internet
- our website

Text alerts
- Jobs
Board (at forthcoming SWG events)
- Telemarketing
(delegates that have specifically indicated within their
registration data they wish to work for you employer)
Social Work Graduate already has over 5000
candidates that have registered interest in working at different
Councils throughout the UK so if your short on time for any
job closing date we are in a position to assist almost instantly.
Social
Work Graduate would like to include your vacancy details within
our spring advertising campaign for any positions that have
closing dates at least 1 month hence. This is a free service
in terms of advertising the positions, The Council will only
be charged if they wish to interview any of the candidate
after reviewing their completed job application pack, this
is charged at £175 per candidate interviewed.
The following process is undertaken free of charge within
the response service.

Marketing of job opportunities
- Administration
of responses
- Distribution
and collection of job application/specification pack
- Providing
the Council with candidate data and CV for review
- Arrange
interviews with approved candidates, the Council most provide
dates, times and venue (optional, councils can arrange their
own interviews if they wish.)
